  We love the Park. However, what we need is a Park Board elected by and from the community. Not the same self elected, self selected or self proclaimed Board of Directors. They used public donations, but then made the organization private. We need all Park Board meetings open to the public. We need people from the community that want to protect the prime farmland and prime ag soils, not rezone it out of ag use.
  
  I think its great right now, just the way it is, they don't need to rezone this place, not one acre. they need to save this Park as a Park not rezoning it for commercial concerts and festivals e.g. Reggae on the River or Summer Arts and Music Festival and the current Park Board needs to stop threatening to sell the Park property off acre by acre for housing development if they don't get their way. Their going to pave paradise and put up a parking lots and camping. So you better hurry and visit this Park before its gone.................
