  The turkey sandwich I bought was very good but the store is overpriced and because of the... Um... "Quirky" residents in the area I didn't exactly feel safe out in the parking lot.
  
  I tried to get a hot lunch but the staff ignored me so I grabbed a sandwich and the checker wasn't exactly rude but just seemed fed up with life.
  
  I guess living in an area with that much substance addiction, homelessness, and mental illness will do that to you.
  
  I come through here once and a while when I want to spend the day in the redwoods and the town as a whole feels sketchy... And I'm from Chicago.

  Came in here last week and heard the best songs on the radio. One of them a dear old friend "From the Beginning" Emerson, Lake & Palmer. There is a cashier there with purple hair and seems like a really authentic hippy that remembers the 1960s/1970s. My mom had to be rude just because they were taking a little longer to check out our groceries. I would have liked to talk to the person more than just saying how's it going. My mom implied that the checker had taken too many drugs/alcohol, yet its accepted when a rockstar takes too many drugs.
  We made some cream cheese won tons and sweet n sour sauce from pineapple juice. The next day we went to the Estuary in Loteta a magical town. My mom and I drove to Ferndale next to check it out, Ferndale was horrible and snobby. Loleta has great ambiance and feels like community. My mom tried to get relatives into a car collision. I have the report from the highway patrol. My mom became very hostile on the phone with me today. I think my dad is alive and she's been getting some clues to this effect. I really liked the person that remembers the 1970s in Ray's Marketplace. Why do I have to talk to people I can't stand who can't stand me like my mother? There are other people to talk to in the world. I need to get back into ham radio to expand my horizons. I love listening to Coast to Coast AM talk show gets into off topic subjects aliens area 51
